Ok, so customer service was great. But I had to get it altered because the beautiful pearl straps did not want to hold, tears*. So beware anyone with non small boobs. But I ordered a larger and im 5ft or 5’1” and if they offered an extra large in the dress I wouldve gotten it lol because my seams under my boob area was coming apart the whole grew to the size of two large grapes lol. Luckily it was black and me and my dress persevered! Maybe the dress runs small or i needed an extra large lol. The dress was nice and glitzy! Loved it!
